Return Policy

Return Window
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your bike to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your bike must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The bike must have the original labels and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fullbeansbikes.co.uk.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your bike. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

- Once we receive your returned bike, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Amount
- The refund will include the purchase price of the bike. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned bike. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built bikes and bikes that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.
