All of our bikes go through the following steps at a minimum.
Thorough Clean - We wash the frame, wheels, and components to remove dirt and grime.
Inspect and Tighten - Check for any loose bolts and closures and tighten to spec. Ensure the frame is free from cracks or major damage.
Tune-Up - Adjust the brakes and gears for proper alignment and function.
Replace Worn Parts - Change out any visibly worn or damaged parts like brake pads, tires, tubes, and grips.
Lubricate - Apply lubricant to the chain and cables to ensure smooth operation.
Final Safety Check and Test Ride - Ensure the bike is safe to ride by checking the brake responsiveness and wheel alignment. Make any further adjustments where necessary.
